Today i will be reading a poem, a poem in a form of a story. It revolves around two, Yasmeen and Joeseph. yasmeen lost her sight when she was ten years old in a car accident, she lived a tough sorrow life. though she was always surrounded with love, she never found the guy to love.
As time went by she met Joseph. he was a charming and successful guy. things worked great and they fell in love.
One day Yasmeen said to Joseph,you love me and i'm blind and there are plenty of pretty blondes, either you feel sorry for the sightless or you have some craziness.
Joseph replied, i'm in love my dear, and all i want in life is for you to be my wife. god blessed me with wealth and i hope that would bring you health.
she said, if I can again see, i will take you as my destiny. then she wondered with tears "but who with give me their eyes?"
as days went by she became more and more depressed, and joseph could not take that his love yasmeen is living a tough life.
one day he rushed to her like a spear, said : smile baby i found a volunteer. she was happier than she has ever been.
and once she got her sight back, she opened her eyes and saw him standing there, holding her. she screameeeeeeeed....ahhhh YOU ARE BLIND TOO!!!
and she blamed her luck how bad it always sucked.
Joseph asked : will you marry me now ?
Yasmeen replied, NO! you can't even bow.
he was hurt and wished if he died before birth
and his last words to Yasmeen were : you are right, who am i to be loved or even to be huged, but before you leave me promise me......that you will take good care of my eyes :'(
